MCFTB is comprised of the following programs:

Readiness and Deployment Support Training

offers assistance to units by connecting unit Family Readiness Officers (FROs) and commands, assisting with family readiness issues, and delivering pre-, during, and post-deployment presentations.

Family Readiness Program Training
provides necessary training for Command Teams, FROs, Family Readiness Advisors, Family Readiness Assistants on their roles and responsibilities in the Unit Family Readiness Program.

Lifestyle Insights, Networking, Knowledge, and Skills (L.I.N.K.S.)

provides information to all Marines and family members on the resources available to them as well as the methods for meeting the challenges of the military lifestyle.  Sessions are available for Marines, spouses, children/teens, and parents of Marines.  Live, online, and printed versions are available.

LifeSkills Education and Training
provides connection to, or facilitation of, various workshops in such areas as parenting, financial management, stress and anger management, and understanding personality differences.  Also encompassed within the LifeSkills Education and Training program is the

Spouses Learning Series (SLS) which includes a series of 80 online courses as well as the following in-person workshops:
          Leadership Skills Workshop
          Annual Spouses Motivational Workshop

Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program (PREP)
provides couples with tools to enhance their communication and problem-solving skills; tools that are key for a lasting, healthy marriage.

Chaplain’s Religious Enrichment Development Operation (CREDO)
offers retreats that help people grow toward increased functional ability, spiritual maturity, acceptance of responsibility, and enhanced readiness. who are active and must be placated.
