The Station Gym is here for all of your fitness needs- Open to patrons with base access, the Station Gym has state of the art equipment and training to help you achieve your fitness goals. We currently have 4 rooms for your use:
Strength Training Room & the Warrior's Den

- Dumbells ranging from 5-150 lbs.
- Elliptical trainers

- 2 ALTER G (anti-gravity) treadmills

The Station Gym also houses a full-size basketball court with challenge hours and pick-up games at various times throughout the day. There are men’s and women’s locker rooms, and gym towel service. Personal trainers are available upon request.
The HITT Center is located outside on the northwest corner of Station Gym. It includes a shade structure with rubberized flooring, three 20ft HITT training lockers, and a three story climbing wall.
The MCAS Yuma 1st Annual Telegraph Pass Challenge is the premier event for bikers and runners. Participating in a duathlon style challenge, participants will start cycling at 7 am, and then make their way up and down Telegraph Pass on foot. The course will include a Blue Mile, which is a portion of the challenge with a moment of silence to honor and remember our fallen heroes of the Military, Police, and Fire department. The top 3 finishers in each category (Male/Female, age, etc.) will receive a top prize and recognition. Run-only Telegraph Challenge is available for participants as well, with their own top 3 male / female finishers and prizes.
