*** COVID-19 RECENT UPDATE *** 8/10/20 12:03 PM ***

We recommend all base patrons to take heed of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s key prevention strategies to combat the spread of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), which can be located on the CDC.gov website.

Much of prevention is related to good health practices such as washing hands thoroughly and avoiding coughing and sneezing without covering your mouth or nose.

Handwashing stations are available in MCCS facilities in the restroom areas aboard MCAS Yuma and it is strongly recommended that patrons make use of these stations after using the restroom, before eating, and under normal conditions that require handwashing to take place.
