The Semper Fit Fitness Program is designed to promote optimum mental and physical health through physical fitness. Semper Fit oversees a network of 54 state-of-the-art fitness centers and 18 satellites, & mobile fitness units. Personal trainers are available to assess your level of fitness and design a fitness program personalized to meet your needs. Group exercise programs such as pilates, yoga, spin classes, zumba & walking clubs are also available.
At Semper Fit, our active duty Marines are our priority. To that end, the Combat Fitness Training Course was developed to train Marines on the how to correctly and safely train for the Combat Fitness Test. The fitness professionals at our Semper Fit centers are available to provide expert guidance & assistance with fitness & health assessments, exercise orientation, individual and unit instruction, and Unit Fitness Leader training. |

The Station Fitness Center (Building 545) has a 3,100 sq. ft. weightroom that includes two lifting platforms with rubberized plates, kettlebells, dumbbells (5-150 lbs.), various benches, squats racks, cable crossovers, dual cable column, glute-hamstring machine, and other free weight equipment. Our selectorized equipment features Freemotion, Hammer Strength, Cybex and Life Fitness.
The new annex (2,220 sq. ft.) houses the cardiovascular equipment with treadmills, elliptical cross trainers, stairclimbers, recumbent & standard bikes, Concept 2 rowers, flat screen televisions & cardio theaters and a stretching area.
The group fitness room, across from the weightroom, features a hardwood floor, heavy bag, pull up bars with rings & TRX suspension system, plyometric boxes, kettlebells, medicine balls, bosu & balance discs, bodyweight bands and various other functional conditioning equipment.
Our group fitness classes are taught by certified instructors and trainers. For active duty personnel we provide morning and evening Unit PT. Classes available for all patrons include Abs, High-NRG-High Intensity Interval, Muscle, Pump Muscle Conditioning, Spinning, Step, Yoga and Zumba.
The center also features regulation-size racquetball courts with glass viewing, an indoor full-size basketball & volleyball court and men’s & women’s locker rooms.

| The 16th Street Community Center has a Fitness Room and restrooms with a shower for patrons. Within the workout area there are treadmills, elliptical cross trainers, standard & recumbent bikes, freeweight equipment, selectorized machines and dumbbells (5-100 lbs.). |

| What is Semper Fit? |
Fitness and recreation are core to a youthful and vigorous force. To that end, MCCS Semper Fit offers a wide variety of recreation and fitness programs to provide Marines and their families with resources to lead active healthy lives.
Our mission at Semper Fit is to conduct, encourage and inspire the quality of life programs that promote Healthy Lifestyles through recreation, athletics, physical fitness, the Single Marine Program and other health and wellness activities. Semper Fit includes the Fitness Center, Arizona Adventures, the Single Marine Program, Health Promotion, and Pools.
