Intramural Sports Disclaimer: The following described athletic contests, leagues or tournaments are hereby announced. You are cordially invited to enter participants to represent your command. Please submit with name, rate/rank, phone number and return completed form. Any changes to team roster after original entry must be reported in writing to the Athletic Director, Ext. 269-2280/2727 prior to game time. Personnel TAD to MCAS Yuma or tenant commands must present a copy of TAD orders. Must be TAD for more than 3 months. Personnel augmenting teams must indicate so in entry form and present written permission from his/her CO/XO for release to augment.
