Step
Step aerobics is a form of aerobics that is practiced worldwide by millions of people. The reason for its popularity is simple--it offers a great cardio workout without the need for extensive space or equipment. All that is required is a flat surface and an aerobic stepping platform. Stepping onto a platform to create step combinations, Increasing heart rate. Great lower body and cardiovascular workout. All levels.
Hi - NRG
High Intensity interval training using a variety of modalities. Helps burn the most amount of calories in a short amount of time.
Muscle
Full body workout which targets all muscle groups with low weights and plenty of repetitions to sculpt and shape muscles.
Pump
Total body conditioning which promotes lean muscle and that toned look.
Abs
15 minutes of abdominal exercises targeting core, obliques and lower abdominals. All levels.
Spinning
Cardiovascular training. The instructor will take you through drills that include speed or climbs.
Yoga
A system of exercises for promoting control of the body and mind.

Improves your mental and physical well-being, increases flexibility, and strengthens muscles.
