Station Library Computers The Station Library now has 9 computers available for your use. We have 7 computers with internet capability, 1 computer dedicated for word processing, and 1 computer dedicated for searching our card catalog. The Card Catalog for our Library, as well as the Arizona Western College Library, and Yuma County Libraries are online. The CD-ROM tower attached to the word processing computer is loaded with a variety of CDs including: Military Full-Text, Barron's Booknotes, American Leaders, and many more.
Computer Usage You must sign in to use the internet computers by presenting your military ID to the library employee on duty. Additionally, you must be 18 years of age and familiar with the ALMAR's restrictions on internet use and conduct. Persons under 18 may use the computers but only in the presence of their parent or guardian.
KVN Computers In the Key Volunteer Network room, there are two computers for military spouses to use. These computers have everything needed to communicate with a deployed military member such as internet, scanners, digital camera and procedures to set up email accounts.
Our library personnel are always on hand to help with any of your computer needs. When you experience technical difficulties, please report them to the library personnel so that they may take appropriate action to resolve the problem. Please do not change any setting yourself. This leads to system complications and may reduce the number of computers available for your future use.
