Do you have a family member with special needs or with a disability?
EFM Program enrollment is mandatory for those who answer "YES" to any of these questions |
- Do you have a dependent child over 21 in the incapacitated dependent program?
- Do you have a child in special education more that 20% of school time?
- Do you have a spouse or child receiving treatment for cancer, lupus, heart disease, leukemia, diabetes, mental illness or other long-term illness?
- Have you ever applied for a humanitarian reassignment for medical reasons of an immediate family member?
- Have you recently requested special assignment consideration because of a family member's medical or educational needs?
- Have you recently had to take an unaccompanied tour because your family member did not clear overseas screening?
- Do you have a child receiving medical care through a state medical program?
- Have you kept your child or spouse's medical needs to yourself because you feared it would harm your career?
- Are you interested in a program that cares about your family's special needs when you are transferring?
