Welcome to the Dos Rios Inn, MCAS Yuma, Az RULES & REGULATIONS Please familiarize yourself and your guests with our "Rules & Regulations". If you have any questions or concerns, please notify the Front Desk by dialing 269.2262 on your telephone. Our front desk is available from 5:00am to midnight for your convenience. General Rule 1. As a qualified sponsor , you are responsible for any lost or damaged items, and will be appropriately charged for repair or replacement. 2. No pets are allowed at Dos Rios with the exception of service animals. Proof is required that the animal is certified as a service pet. Violation of this rule will result in removal and a $100.00 cleaning fee posted to the patron's account. For a listing of local kennels please contact the front desk. 3. No smoking allowed in any of the Dos Rios rooms. Guests will be billed a $100.00 cleaning fee for smoking in the rooms or leaving cigarette butts in the trash. Guests must step outside and close the door to prevent smoke from entering the room. Extinguish your cigarette butts and dispose of them in a container away from your room. Smoking in any of the Dos Rios rooms will also result in a $100.00 cleaning fee. 4. Towels will be changed out, if left on the bathroom floor. Service is performed between 1:00pm and 3:00pm. If you would like your room to be serviced prior to 1:00pm please contact the front desk. 5. If you require towels to remove make-up, or to clean boots or spills, PLEASE utilize the towels by the bath sink (under the sign) for these purposes. 6. Guests with kitchenettes are responsible for the upkeep, to include a final cleaning prior to check out. A $20 fee will be charged for dirty dishes. 7. $1.00 per key will be charged for missing or damaged keys. 8. Check out time is 11:00am. For your convenience 1. Guests laundry is located in bldg 1089. Hours of operation are 7:30am - 11:00pm daily. Keys for laundry room may be checked out at front desk. 2. Free ice is available in bldg 1087. 3. Vending machines are available in the lobby, which includes snack foods, sodas and numerous amenitites (to include washing detergent, fabric softener, bleach, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, etc).
