All guests arriving after midnight will need to stop at bldg 980 in front of the large flag pole on Shaw Ave. to pick up their room key and sign their registration paper. the registration paper will remain with the OOD (Officer on Duty).
If a guest gets locked out or loses their room key after midnight, they will need to go to the OOD at bldg 980 in front of the large flagpole on Shaw Ave. The OOD has an emergency key card that will allow the guest to gain entry into their room until the morning clerk arrives at 5am. The emergency key card is kept in a grey lock box with the OOD. |

A patron must give 24 hour notice to cancel or change a reservation or they will be billed for one (1) night's lodging for the cost of the room. |
