POSITION: HOUSEKEEPER NA-3566-02 Flexible (0-40 hrs/wk) Salary: $8.70 per hour LOCATION: MCCS, Business Operations Division, Temporary Lodging Facility AREA OF CONSIDERATION: Current NAFI employees aboard MCAS, Yuma and all qualified outside applicants. DUTIES: Make beds, change sheets, towels, and other linens.  Thoroughly clean guest rooms, to include: dust, wax and polish furniture, sweep floors, vacuum and shampoo rugs, empty wastebaskets and sanitize lavatory.  Assure that linens and rags are washed and dried in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. Performs other related duties. QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of proper care and maintenance of carpets, furniture, and  machines related to the job.  Proper use of a variety of special cleaning and sanitizing solutions. Knowledge of laundry system operations.  Occasionally lifts objects up to 40/50 lbs.
