POSITION: CASHIER, (Afterburner Mexican Grille) NF-0530-01 Flexible (0-40 hours per week) Salary: $6.90 - $7.50per hour LOCATION: MCCS, Business Operations Division, Afterburner Mexican Grille AREA OF CONSIDERATION: Current NAFI employees aboard MCAS, Yuma and all qualified outside applicants. DUTIES: Takes customers orders and collect payments. Totals items on cash register. Collects money, verifies personal checks and gives appropriate change. Reviews price sheet and is familiar with menu items. Responsible for assigned change fund. Counts cash and completes report. Restocks condiments, napkins, cups, and keeps area clean. May perform cleaning duties and other related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS: Must have knowledge of basic cash handling procedures, be familiar with currency and negotiability requirements, and be able to operate a cash register. Knowledge of business mathematics and routine office procedures required. Six months of experience is preferred.
