Flexible (0-40 hrs/wk)
Salary: $9.11 - $9.95 per hour
LOCATION: Marine Corps Community Services, Business Ops. Division,
Consolidated Club
AREA OF CONSIDERATION: Current NAFI employees aboard MCAS, Yuma and all qualified outside applicants.
DUTIES: Under minimum supervision, mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks from scratch or from mixes, serves drinks, receives and records payment at time of sale and maintains inventory of stock. Ensures bar is in a presentable and sanitary condition. Sets up bar to include beverages, mixes, garnishes, straws, napkins, tables, etc. Washes glasses and other equipment. Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages. Must be able to deal with the public in a courteous manner. Ability to recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and to resolve the problem or seek assistance if needed. Must have six months experience, preferable as a bartender.
